Who we are

This website, knightsbridge.ltd, is operated by Knightsbridge Research Ltd ("Knightsbridge", "we"). Questions about this policy go to info@knightsbridge.ltd.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us:

• The contact form asks for your name, email address, a subject and your message.
• The Talos sales form asks for your name, work email, organization, the number of seats you are considering and your message.

Like most websites, our servers record basic request information, such as your IP address, the page you asked for and your browser type, to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

Each form is sent to us as an email so that we can reply to you. We use what you send only to respond to your inquiry and to follow up on it. We do not sell it, rent it or use it for advertising.

Who handles it

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through Mailgun, an email delivery service. We do not otherwise share what you send, except where the law requires us to.

Cookies and tracking

The site sets one cookie, which protects its forms against forgery. It also remembers whether you chose the light or dark theme, in your own browser. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept in our email for as long as we need them to deal with your inquiry and any work that follows from it. Server logs are kept for a short period and then deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@knightsbridge.ltd.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
